Elijah’s Message

We have been created by the Master Designer to be in His image, [Gen 1:26]. He knows all things, from the beginning to the end, nothing is missed by Him. Doesn’t it stand to reason then that He, which causes the sun to come up and the split of microscopic cells, would know what is best for each one of us? Yes, and He does.

Just as an automobile manufacturer will give a manual with full instructions, on how to care for and maintain the vehicle at its optimum performance as it was designed, so also our Almighty Creator has given in His Word full instructions on how to care for these bodies.

"Or do you not know that your body is the Dwelling Place of the Set-apart [Holy] Spirit who is in you, which you have from Elohim [God], and you are not your own."

1 Cor. 6:19

He has given His children at least eight laws on health:

1. The first and most important is to trust in the divine power of Almighty Yahweh. Spiritual health contributes to good health.

2. Live a temperate life . Not giving in to extremes, drugs or harmful life-styles.

3. Eat a healthy diet of natural foods , uncontaminated by processes, additives or genetically engineered produce.

4. Get adequate exercise . ( 30 min. of a brisk walk, or the equivalent, should be taken each day)

5. Proper rest . (7-8 hours a day are ideal)

6. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.

7. Get plenty of clean, fresh air .

8. Expose the body to at least 10 min. of sunshine daily.

He has given perfect instructions in His word, the Torah, that if followed will prevent and/or cure every disease known to man. If faith can move mountains than following His instructions, because we believe He is the Truth and knows what He is talking about, will surely heal every ailment we have.

Faith and works go together. We can not have the one without the other. Faith and obedience. If we truly believe in Him and His promises then we will do what He has asked because we know it is the right way to go. What happens when a parent or teaches gives a child explicit instructions but the child decides to do the project on their own? It turns out far from the desired goal. Our Heavenly Parent's goal for us is to be perfectly healthy, in this way our bodies are more receptive to hearing His voice and responding to His leading. This is why the Great Healer says, "If ye love Me keep My commandments." [John 14:15]

How can we know His health plan from all the others?

1. It has to be available to all generations since creation, because Yahweh does not play favorites.
2. It cannot be available ONLY to those living in America or some other developed country. It must be available to all countries around the world.
3. It cannot require high-technology, because Yahweh does not favor only those living in the 21st century.
4. It must be able to be carried out at home.
5. It must be able to be carried out by anyone, whether educated or uneducated, because Yahweh loves EVERYONE the same.
6. It must be totally natural, only using what Yahweh has created.
7. It must be inexpensive, and thus available to everyone, rich or poor.
8. It cannot, in any way, cause ANY harm to the human body.

Yahweh's 10 health laws fulfill all these requirements, including the last. There is no other health plan, that I know of, that does. Everything in the health plan is free (exercise, water, sunlight, fresh air, rest, trust in Yahweh our Mighty Ones [Father, Son and Their Spirit], an attitude of gratitude and benevolence) except food, but we have to buy that anyway---unless we grow our own the way Yahweh intended. If we eat from our own garden, then everything is totally free!

Oh yes, there is one item that you must buy, a juicer. But it's a one-time purchase. And by the way, juicers have been available for at least 4000 years. The oldest book of the Scriptures, the book of Job, talks about juicers---grape juicers, a "winepress", Job 24:11.

What Is Normal?

We think we are living a normal life. But what is normal? Read along in your Bible in Genesis 2:7; “And Yahweh our Elohim formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living soul.” Continue with verse 8; “And Yahweh our Elohim planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put man whom He had formed.” Continue to follow this in your own Bible; “And Yahweh our Elohim built a large crowded city with congested freeways, heavy smog, high rise office buildings with windows sealed shut and a home in the suburbs two hours driving away from home. And there He put the man whom He had formed.” Continue with verse 9; “And out of the ground made Yahweh our Elohim to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for growing medicinal drugs and man-made supplements and the tree of growing anti-aging hormones in the midst of the garden and the tree of knowledge of good and situational ethics.” And verse 10; “And a heavy polluted river went out of the city to bring dangerous water to the inhabitants.” Now go to Genesis 1:29; “And Elohim said, ‘Behold I have given you every processed food of every shape and size filled with MSG, artificial sweeteners, preservatives and other chemicals that is on the face of the earth, all sorts of sweet cakes, candy and hamburgers and other meat made from grinding up the animals that I so tenderly created on the sixth day of creation, and other food dripping with fat and covered with heavy sauces and to you it shall be food.

So what is normal? How do we decide? Science is always changing! Yahweh is the same, yesterday, today and tomorrow.

The above rendering is a dramatization of today’s standards verses what Our Heavenly Father originally gave us. It was presented by Dr. Lorraine Day who developed breast cancer and recovered by following Yahweh’s plan instead of man’s. Until her ordeal with cancer she was the head orthopedic surgeon for the San Francisco Community Hospital Emergency Room and a university professor. The following is from her program to restore us back to the healthy lifestyle that our Heavenly Father had intended for us.

Dr. Lorraine Day said that cancer has given her opportunity to:

1. Take charge of her health.
2. Get her life straightened out.
3. Get her priorities straight.
4. To understand how man’s ways are foolishness to Yahweh “For the wisdom of this world is foolishness to Elohim.” [1 Corinthians 3:19]
5. To understand as our Parent (as any parent would) He wishes us to be well and the healing power is there for anyone who is willing to trust in Him.

She says, “Diseases don’t just happen.” They are in consequence of our sinful life style. Sin is; being out of harmony with the Giver of Life.
